Compensation
In appreciation for these efforts, MBAs receive 5% of net income derived from rewards offered by real estate professionals from the entire state. As such, developing a comprehensive marketing and advertising campaign to target both real estate agents (to attach rewards to their listings) and the general public (to search for property listings) will bolster transactions and increase your potential revenue.

Fees
All fees required to become an MBA are paid directly to either the state Secretary of State or the state Real Estate Board. Mwendo does not charge anything at this time to become a Master Broker Affiliate.

Regional Broker Affiliate
Additionally, if you assist Mwendo in working with local MLS associations to acquire access to property listings, Mwendo will provide an additional 5% of net income from that MLS territory. For more information, click here.
